Key Responsibilities:
Allied Applications (Remittance / Bill payment / Corporate and Trade related Applications, Workflows)
Provide support to different business segments for any issues occurring in daily operations.
Problem Analysis and Resolution of Different allied Applications.
CA and implementation of enhancement and new developments for allied applications
Provide AD-Hoc Data Extracts as and when required from allied applications.
Perform SIT/QA of different modules / enhancement.
Co-ordination with business segments and vendors for timely conclusion of UAT cycles
Responsible for coordination with integration team for integration between other service and allied applications
