Experience: at least 08 years of experience of working in disaster risk management with some level of exposure to designing financing instruments to reduce the impacts of disasters; at least 5 years of managerial experience, heading a team with proven strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to works cross sector and lead inter disciplinary team; experience in insurance industry will be an added advantage. | |||||||

| To apply for above positions maximum age is fifty seven (57) years. Applicants Must apply Online using an application form, available at www.ndrmf.pk career section by entering the required credentials on the online application form and attaching scanned copies f their CV, CNIC, educational and experience certificates, latest by 27th January, 2024 before closing of office house 1700 hours. No need to send hardcopy of CV and documents. Incomplete applications and or application received after the closing date and time will not be entertained and no claim whatsoever thereof will be acceptable. Age, qualification and experience etc. will be counted from the date of submission of applications. Part-time, honorary, apprentice and internee positions will not be considered/counted as experience. All candidates must have Higher Education Commission Verified/Equivalent Qualification. Foreign qualified candidates must submit equivalence certificates from Higher Education Commission. Selected candidates shall be required to submit HEC verified Degree before entering into employment, upon selection. Candidates hall be required to produce all original documents at the time of interview Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test/interview after complete scrutiny of applications. For physical test/interview, candidates must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview. A face to face interaction virtually through audio/video, may be opted therefore, applicants are requested to ensure that they have provided updated contact details. NDRMF offer competitive remuneration and benefits package. Actual appointment salary will be based on NDRMF’s standards’ and computation, taking onto account the selected individuals qualifications and experience. Candidates already in Government/Semi Government organization autonomous Bodies and Corporations should apply through proper channel with NOC of the receptive department issued on its letter head. Also, if such candidates get selected, she / he shall be offered the positions through contract agreement. The application submitted by candidates will be at the risk and cost of the applicant.
