Assistant Provost (Female)(BPS-17)

Qualification: First division (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/D.A.T.S

Assistant Director Audit/Internal Check Audit (BPS-17)

Qualification: First division (16 years education) in Business Administration with specialization in Accounting from HEC recognized University/D.A.T.S OR DA’s Office in Service SAS qualified officer served in Account General Manager level

Assistant Director I.T.(BPS-17)

Qualification: First division (16 years education) in Computer Science/IT from HEC recognized University/D.A.T.S

System Support Engineer (BPS-17)

Assistant Warden (Female) (BPS-16)

Qualification: First class bachelor degree (14 years education) from a recognized university with 03 years relevant hostel duties in Government or Autonomous bodies.

Gymnastic Instructor (BPS-16)

Qualification: 1st Class M.Phil Physical Education from recognized University/Institution.

Assistant Accountant (BPS-14)

Qualification: MBA/M.Com or equivalent with 1 year experience in Audit Accounts in some reputable organization.

Senior Clerk (BPS-11)

Qualification: 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree in education with three years’ experience of office work, preferably computerized office with typing speed 30 w.p.m.

Security Supervisor (BPS-14)

Intermediate pass JCO of the Armed Forces of Pakistan

Field Instructor (BPS-12)

Qualification: 2nd Class B.Sc. with SDPE or equivalent qualifications from a recognized University/Institute with 05 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Game Supervisor Female (BPS12)

Qualification: 2nd Class B.A.V. with SDPE or equivalent qualifications from a recognized University/Institute with 05 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Quantity Surveyor (BPS-12)

Qualification: 03 years diploma of Associate Engineer Civil with 02 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Field Assistant BPS-12)

Qualification: Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board with at least 07 years’ experience in the relevant field.

X-ray Technician BPS-12)

Qualification: B.A/B.Sc. or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with two years’ experience in Fiber Optic based LAN environment general know how about installation/configuration of PC software and hardware. Preferably with birth to candidate having one diploma in I.T.

Dispenser BPS-12)

Qualification: Intermediate pass certificate from a recognized institution with 03 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Computer Operator (BPS-12)

Qualification: B.Com/B.A./B.Sc. with 03 years’ experience in Account F.A.P.-55 with 05 years’ experience in Account.

Overseer (BPS-11)

Qualification: Three years Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical field with 02 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Junior Clerk BPS-11)

Qualification: Intermediate with 2nd division or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board with typing speed 30 w.p.m.

Assistant Electrical Engineer/Electrical Supervisor (BPS-11)

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years’ experience.

Sub Engineer (BPS-11)

Qualification: Three years Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical field with 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Note: Age limit for initial recruitment shall be:

• a. 18 to 45 years for employees in BPS-7 to BPS-16.
• b. 18 to 35 years for employees in BPS-1 to BPS-6.
• c. For posts at S.No. 17, the age limit shall be up to Govt. rule.

Applications complete in all respect on prescribed form filled at Gomal University website along with attested copies of the certificates/degrees (with DMs showing total Marks/Marks Obtained from SSC and onwards) and Experience Certificates issued by the employer duly signed and sealed (for Non-Government) as per following rates through Bank Draft drawn in favor of the Director Finance, Gomal University, D.I.Khan payable at any bank branch of District No. 0302231066600 in the Bank of Chyber, Gomal University Branch must reach the office of undersigned on or before 25/02/2025 during the office hours.

Incomplete application forms will not be entertained. The candidates should use and submit supporting documents required to prove their claim regarding without introduction to the concerned authorities.

Application fee for BPS-17 is 4000/-, BPS-12 to BPS-16 is 3000/- and BPS-07 to BPS-11 is 1000/-.

The candidates are advised to submit their separate application form along with all relevant documents for each category.

The candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous bodies should produce NOC from their respective employers along with NOC.

Only Eligible as well as short listed candidates for all categories will be called for interview. The candidates are advised not to send any money in cash / not to fill any number of posts / withhold the appointment process / not to sign any advertisement post / without assigning any reason.

Only D.I.Khan Divisional Headquarters can apply for the post at S.No. 43 to 49 and only District D.I.Khan domicile can apply for the post at S.No. 43 to 49.

NO TA / DA will be paid to the candidates for test / interview purposes.

The selected candidates shall be made as per University CP Rules Fund.

Appointment against the above-mentioned position shall be subject to the issuance of NOC by Higher Education Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
