Positions/Eligibility criteria of NEECA Jobs 2025

Program Manager

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: at least 08 years of experience in managing large scale, multi stakeholder project, preferably in private/public sector program.

Consultant Awareness Campaign and Community Outreach

• No. of posts: 01
• Qualification: Master’s degree in Mass Communication Marketing Public Relations or a related field.
• Experience: at least 05 years of experience in designing and executing awareness campaigns, social marketing initiatives, or advocacy programs with a strong background in media planning, digital marketing, and public outreach campaigns.

Consultant Awareness-Media Content Development and Promotion

• No. of posts: 01
• Qualification: bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Communication design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: at least 05 years of experience in digital content creation, media strategy, and online promotion with managing large-scale public awareness campaigns (preferably in government, donor-funded or energy-sector project)

 Consultant IT Expert-Data and Web Analyst

• No. of posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Software and Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: at least 5 years of experience in programming language and data visualization tools with advanced skills in Power BI Tableau, or similar tools for interactive data visualization.

Consultant IT Expert-Graphic and Multimedia Designer

• No. of posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Graphic Design, Multimedia Art, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: at least 03 year of experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, and social media visuals with strong command or photoshop, illustrator, and Freepik resource for high quality designs.

Consultant Expert- mediation and coordination

• No. of posts: 01
• Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration Public Policy, IT, Energy Management, or a related field.
• Experience: at least 05 years of post-qualification experience.

Consultant IT Expert- Web Development and UI/UX Developer

• No. of posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Software and Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: at least 05 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

Consultant IT Expert- Mobile App Developer

• No. of posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: at least 05 years of proven experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in flutter or similar tools with expertise in flutter and dart, with a deep understanding of flutter’s core architecture and best practices.

Consultant IT Expert-System Analyst

• No. of posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, information system, Business Analytics, Engineering, public policy, social sciences or a related field.
• Experience: 05 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

Consultant Administrative Support

• No. of posts: 02
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
• Experience: at least 04 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
