Member Finance & Policy

Candidates must have a degree in economics, finance, or chartered accountancy. A minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate finance, energy, and power service industries is required. The appointed candidate will serve for three years.

Member Legal & Corporate

For this position, applicants must hold a law degree with a specialization in corporate law. A minimum of 12 years of professional legal experience in corporate matters is required. The tenure for this position is three years.
