Through its most recent advertisement, the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training has announced job openings in Islamabad in December 2023. As per the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by the two institutions, the Ministry is accepting applications for the prestigious Quaid-e-Azam Chair Pakistan Studies at the University of California, Berkeley in partnership with the University of Berkeley. Those who regularly serve in both public and private universities and currently hold the rank of Associate Professor or above are eligible for this position.

Candidates of both genders may apply for these government jobs in Islamabad, and those who are selected for the positions will be able to take up their new roles in Pakistan following the completion of the application process.
