Minimum qualifications and experience:
16 years formal education / 4 years Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Education / Business Administration / Economics / Public / Administration / Public Policy from a university / institution recognized by the HEC and 17 years post qualification relevant work experience in public or Private Sector out of which at least 05 years should be in senior management positions.
