- Qualification: Intermediate minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m. in shorthand typing, respectively, must be computer literate.
- Age limit: 18 to 25 years

Assistant (BPS-15):
- Qualification: Graduate
- Age limit: 18 to 28 years

UDC (BPS-13):
- Qualification: Intermediate must be computer literate
