A first division in the final degree is necessary to be eligible. From matriculation onward, only one second division is accepted. Applicants who have earned a Third Division in their academic programme will not be given consideration.
A CGPA of 2.5/4.00 for the semester system or at least 60% for the annual examination system designates a First Class or First Division.
The maximum age limit on the closing date of the advertisement is 35 years. However, there is a relaxation in the age limit for government-serving or retired employees as per the rules.
Candidates presently employed in government or semi-government organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) along with copies of other attested academic documents. Failure to do so will result in them not being considered for tests or interviews.
