The Management Training Program is a one-year training contract and does not constitute an employer-employee relationship and there is no obligation on PMDC to offer regular employment to Trainees on completion of the Training period.

Applicants meeting the standard eligibility criteria mentioned above will be required to appear for a written test and interview.
Selection will be made on a merit basis, with 30% weightage on education marks, 40% on test assessment, and 30% on interview evaluation.
Selected candidates will be paid a lumpsum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000/-.
