Procedure to Apply:
The application form can be downloaded from the website https://www.skzmdc.edu.pk processing and application fee Rs.500/- shall be submitted in any branch of National Bank of Pakistan in favor of Dean, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore (Branch Code-1707) Account No. 3154820902 National Bank of Pakistan Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore and forms can be sent through couriers on above Cited form address.
2% disable quota,5% minority quota, 10% women quota and transgender will be observed as per Federal government rules.
Application forms are also available from the office of Accounts Section, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, on payment of above mentioned fee (during the duly hours).
Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
